I am saddened by the recent undignified sacking of The Bank Governor, Mr. Loi Bakani, CMG who was our Guest Speaker at Namatanai New Ireland Day on the 26th July 2021. Namatanai and New Ireland, therefore, mourn his removal.

Why Stuckey personalize and inject venom and instability with only two (2) years in office is in his character. These Public Servants served with loyalty for less than 0. 5% percent of the K27 million man……SHAME. If this is true how did Stuckey get away with such an exorbitant pay deal, who authorized it?

Worse, the Shuffle happened on the 48th Anniversary of the inauguration of THE BANK. Our dedicated Papua New Guineans deserved better than that. This is no poker machine roulette…. Life is at stake for these humans with wives and families even host of traditional obligations by virtue of their secured positions.

On Boliu High School going Secondary this year 2022, by way of information, Boliu Secondary was destined to receive Tax Credit K12. 5 million (suspended). Ben and I announced four (4) years ago. Madina Girls Secondary was around that mark. How on earth Treasurer Stuckey skited or pat himself on the offering K3million. PMJM was fooled, Stuckey elucidated (Skited with a Quote) about the Rising from the Ashes – he used my Quote!

Quote; “Rise from the Ashes” was what I trumpeted to the people from Gazelle when I appointed Governor of Central Bank Sir Henry ToRobert, Chairman of the Gazelle Restoration Authority, September 1994, to oversee redevelopment after Rabaul Volcanic eruptions. By the way, he served 19 years as Governor with Honour and Dignity.

Districts are required by law to produce Development Plans. This is spelt out in the Organic Law on Provincial Governments. How can I have a Provincial Plan without the two (2) District Plans as required by DDA Act 2014 (particularly section 26)?

I have full account internally audited of all Royalties received in the past ten (10) years. If Stuckey attends Joint Planning/Budget Priority (again required by Law); If he works with PEC and Presidents who are members of Kavieng and Namatanai DDA; and if he attends Provincial Assembly which New Ireland published dates one year in advance and approved by Minister for Inter-Government Relations; If our two Members stick to the requirements of all relevant Laws as dictated by Leadership duties; they would know our full Royalty distribution presented in all Appropriation Acts approved by the Legislative Assembly appropriated for Kavieng and Namatanai.

Stuckey can take me on. A full audit as requested by both MPs for Provincial Government accounts was completed recently. Now Kavieng and Namatanai DDAs must fall into line. You asked for it, now live it! Where is your District Plan? Stuckey stop praying for my disappearance from the earth. I will not surrender New Ireland to your care ever again, not after the unaccounted K64 million during your Governorship from 2002-2007, except pots, saucepans, rotten primus which we are returning to the days of old condemnation.
